This Holiday Season at The Magik
The Magik Theatre Celebrates Holiday Magik with Three Holiday Season Favorites
SAN ANTONIO (November 21, 2019) – The Magik Theatre is will celebrate this holiday season with three spectacular productions for families, including Tiny Tim’s Christmas Carol, an adaptation of the Charles Dickens’ classic; Disney’s Frozen Jr. performed by the students of the Magik Performing Arts Academy; and the popular and fun loving A Charlie Brown Christmas.
From now through December 24, Magik will be collecting new blankets in partnership with SAMMinistries for their holiday blanket drive. Blankets can be dropped off at The Magik Theatre box office during performances or regularly scheduled business hours. Opportunities to donate onsite will also be made available by purchasing a collectible Magik Theatre blanket with a portion of the proceeds going to SAMMinistries.
“The holidays are about giving and we are thrilled to partner with an organization that provides comfort to those less fortunate during the most magikal time of year,” said General Manager, Shelley Weber. “If Linus from A Charlie Brown Christmas taught us anything, it’s that a blanket can provide a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to a child. We salute SAMMinistries for their mission and are eager for their partnership to help us connect with those in need.”
